Client Responsibilities

• Supply any required branding materials, logos, text, or images.

• Review deliverables promptly.

• Provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Payments

Projects begin after payment is received or as otherwise agreed.

If services are ordered through Fiverr or another marketplace, payments and refunds are governed by that platform's policies.

Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the service package or agreement. Additional revisions may incure extra charges.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided before the project begins. Delays caused by missing client information or revision requests may affect delivery dates.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality before the project begins.

Refunds

Because our services involve custom creative work, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your order is placed through Fiverr or another marketplace, that platform's refund policy applies.
